Artist and Studio

I have always been an artist.  I started with crayons and worked my way through almost every artistic medium.  Some worked well for me and others I'm still learning to work with.  I graduated from University of Massachusetts - Dartmouth with a BFA in Photography.  After years of working at photo labs, newspapers and shooting freelance work, I decided to try my hand at fiber arts.  My first attempts during college were so dreadful that I gave up quilt making for nearly 15 years before trying it again.  I currently quilt, bead, embroider, knit and have been playing with making my own glass beads.  There is always something new and exciting to make around the corner.

Currently living in the Berkshires in the house built by my great grandfather.
